No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Yes, we ship to both Canada and internationally. The shipping quote provided during checkout applies to the Continental USA only. Additional shipping charges will apply, and you will be notified accordingly.
Do you ship to the APO?
Yes, we do ship to APO addresses.
I have my own shipping account, can you use that?
Yes, you can use your own shipping account. Just mention it in the "Additional Instructions" message box when placing your order or contact us directly with the account information.
Once my order is shipped, can I track it?
Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email with your paid invoice.
Do you split shipments?
Yes, we can split shipments if needed.
I need my mats fast, what are my options?
Your fastest and most cost-effective shipping option depends on your location. We offer expedited shipping methods (e.g., overnight, 2nd day). Contact us directly for more details.
My order wasn’t right when I received it, what can be done?

Product was damaged upon receiving my order, what do I do?
If the product is damaged, refuse the delivery from the carrier (FedEx or UPS). If you signed for it, you can file a claim directly with the carrier.
How are mats packaged?
Sticky mats are packaged in a box. Regular sticky mats and replacement pads are sealed in plastic bags, with four mats per case. Framed mats are wrapped in slip sheets and come one per case.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use FedEx and UPS for shipping.
How long will my order take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
